Research Opportunities
Stanford offers many opportunities for those who wish to pursue surgically related research. Performing original research is not only an important part of a surgical education but is also key in landing top residency spots, especially in the more competitive specialties.
We are currently constructing a database of research projects available to medical students, and hope to have it online in a couple of weeks.
